Job Description

Repair and Maintenance

Reporting to the Director of Construction, this position is responsible for coordinating the maintenance activities for the dealer group. Ultimately responsible for the overall maintenance of the Company’s electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation and related systems.

Coordinates, schedules, assigns work orders, directs the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observations and inspections to ensure compliance with standards. Revises directions and time frames as necessary.
Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and safety procedures.
Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations and work orders.
Monitors and controls supplies and equipment; orders supplied and tools as necessary; prepare documents for equipment procurement.
Performs duties as assigned by management.
Create and maintains a Preventive Maintenance program for all HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment and all other related systems.
Maintain an inventory for the R&M department.
Distributes, Maintain and follow up with all daily work orders. Ensures that all MSW’s is scheduled and the WO is maintained throughout the day.

Job Requirements

Ability to be flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays


Physical Requirements:
Push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk at least 6-8 hours.
Reach at shoulder level and below waist constantly, above head occasionally.
Bend at waist occasionally.


Pre-Employment Requirements:
Pass a drug screening test and physical.
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.

Environmental Conditions:
Works in a variety of temperatures and weather conditions.
Works in construction and project site conditions


High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
