Open Road Auto Group is seeking an individual to complete their Service Internet BDC.  Required duties include handling Outbound Marketing, Internet Leads, Appointment Setting, Recall  follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase showroom traffic while improving client satisfaction with each and every customer.  


  • We are adding to our internet team because we are OVERWHELMED with LEADS! 

  • Month after month we continue to beat last years numbers and we are not slowing down!   


 
The ideal candidate will have the following core competencies, amongst others with a preferable automotive industry and/or business development center sales and service background.


Primary duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to:



•         Establishing relationships and setting appointments for our dealerships salespeople. 



•         Demonstrate track-record of success in a telemarketing role, automotive industry, and/or business development center background.



•         First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with Service Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.



•         Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.



•       Know the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.



•       Communicates effectively with internet customers within established time frames.
-       Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.


-       Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for service and recalls.
