 We are seeking motivated and energetic individual to work in our Business Development/Call Center to contact and follow up with internet leads and customer lease retention. Previous Automotive BDC/Call Center experience a PLUS!

Open Road Auto Group is seeking an individual to complete their Sales Internet  BDC.  Required duties include handling Outbound Marketing and Internet Leads, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase showroom traffic while improving client satisfaction with each and every customer. Previous Automotive Call Center/Internet/BDC experience a PLUS!!

The ideal candidate will have the following core competencies, amongst others with a preferable automotive industry and/or business development center sales and service background. Must be able to work Saturdays.
Primary duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•         Establishing relationships and setting appointments for our dealerships salespeople. 

•         Demonstrate track-record of success in a telemarketing role, automotive industry, and/or business development center background.

•         First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with Sales Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently.

•         Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.

•         Know the process of the scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.

•         Preferable knowledge of manufacturing brands, models, years, etc

•         Communicates effectively with internet customers within established time frames.
-        Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.

-        Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and sales presentations.

-        Entices the customer to visit the dealership and buy a car!
