What Will Your Day Look Like?

The Brand Specialists has the opportunity to interact with hundreds of clients to help guide them in their vehicle purchase. This could be through an Internet-lead, a phone call or a guest who walks in to the store. We are looking for retail minded Brand Specialists to create an exceptional vehicle-buying experience to build customer loyalty to Open Road.

Who Would You Interact With?

This position interacts daily with clients, Brand Leaders, other Brand Geniuses and Specialists, Financial Services and Service Associates, just to name a few.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Welcoming clients and listening to their needs
  • Using a consultative guiding process to match the best vehicle to the client’s needs
  • Creating an exceptional vehicle delivery experience
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches
  • Setting and achieving targeted goals
  • Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help clients
  • Transition clients to the Maintenance Department to support their ownership experience
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

How will I know if I am successful?

The performance of a Brand Specialist is measured by achieving:

  • Targeted unit and gross profit goals
  • Targeted Customer Satisfaction Index

  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work in the digital age
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred but not required
  • Valid and insurable driver’s license
